HOW DOES THE FIRST EMS TRAINING SESSION WORK?

We made it easier than ever to book an EMS session. Use our online calendar to book your session. Alternatively, you can fill out our contact form.

  1. You schedule your EMS training.

    You can book your training online, call us, text us or send an email and schedule your session.

  2. Our certified trainer comes to you.

    Our certified EMS trainer will come you at a scheduled time, whether it be your home or office.

  3. You get introduced to EMS

    On your first training session, you will get introduced to EMS training and have your training suit fitted. Your first session consists of an initial consultation where the trainer will discuss your lifestyle, goals and potential injuries followed by a Body Mass Index (BMI) Measurement and a customized 20-minute EMS workout. *You don’t need to bring any special clothing. We’ll provide you with everything you need, including refreshment towels and bottled water.

  4. Stretching for 5 minutes

  5. 20 min of EMS Full Body Workout

    Our certified EMS trainer will work with you to maintain an effective and safe workout.

  6. We finish with EMS Relaxation (included but optional)

    EMS Relaxation session for post-workout recovery is a great way to wind down after training.
